While I did pay quite a lot for the service, the flowers and teddy bear were delivered when I specified and looked amazing. I paid for quality and felt like that is exactly what I got. I will be buying from Box of Rain Floral again!

The arrangement that was delivered looked even better than what was pictured on the website. The website was super easy to navigate and order through. I ordered on Wednesday and scheduled a Saturday delivery. I was able to do the entire transaction online without having to speak to someone. The delivery was made before lunchtime on Saturday. Absolutely zero issues and very pleased with the entire thing. Will definitely use them again for any floral needs in Lubbock.
