I chose this florist because it was close to the recipients home address, and I called direct. They treated me like a long-time customer! The person who answered the phone was responsive, understood what I wanted, and was very informative. The flowers were delivered exactly as promised, and the recipient says the arrangement is “gorgeous”. I’ll definitely call this florist again.
