In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Excellent designer choice arrangements, ready and delivered as requested. The flowers designed for my aunt's funeral are gorgeous. When she was alive, she loved the birthday flowers Box of Rain delivered and said over and over they were so beautiful. If you have an elderly relative or friend, send them flowers! Thank you, Box of Rain, for brightening a few of my aunt's days!

I switched from a local florist that I have used for years because I couldn’t talk to an employee, just the answering service. With only one call to Box of Rain, I talked with someone in the shop who took my order and |created a beautiful arrangement for my mother’s birthday.
